The above Diving Package starts from Tawau inclusive of the following services. Airfares are not included.  

a.          Price are at Ex-Tawau with Land Transfer from Tawau Airport to Semporna (45 minutes) and Speed Boat Transfer from Semporna to the Mabul Island  (45 - 60 minutes depending on sea condition)

b.         Upon arrival at the Bahrman place before Noon, will entitle 1 Orientation Dive and 1 Boat Dive at Kapalai.

c.         If arrival at the Bahrman place afternoon, will only entitle to 1 Orientation Dive.

d.         As above from 2^nd day onwards will entitle 2 Boat Dive at Sipadan and 1 Boat Dive either at Kapalai or Mabul?

e.         On the last day (provided is beyond 24hours from Flying Time) will entitle to a Jetty Dive at Kapalai.

f.          It is a Budget Accommodation with sharing bathroom and electricity supply from 6.00pm to 6.00 am ONLY.

g.         Freeflow of hot drinks (Milo, Coffee or Tea) with 3 meals a day ( Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner

h.         Sharing Bathrooms

i.          Unused portion of the dives is not refundable and not transferable.

j.          Certain conditions apply to all diving activities. Night diving and Scuba courses are available at additional cost and upon booking.

CONDITIONS FOR DIVING

·     All divers must produce proof of certification by an internationally recognized Diving Agency upon arrival before participates in any diving activity. Divers who have not dived in the last 12 months or if they exhibit uncertainly in their skills may be required, at the sole discretion of our Dive Master to do a Scuba Refresher Course.

·     All guests will be required to sign a "Liability Release (Waiver)" and "Express Assumption of Risk" form upon arrival. No diving or snorkeling activities will be permitted until the above said form is signed and witnessed.

PRIOR TO BOOKING

·     During confirmation of bookings, please notify us your Nationality, passport number, diver certificate and its level, sex, traveling single or as couple, flight details, transfers and hotel needed (in Sabah) etc.
